Returns one version of a German federal law from the Rechtsinformationen des Bundes portal (NeuRIS) by the parts of its ELI identifier: title, abbreviations, legal-force status, the nested structure of parts and articles (with their ids and headlines) and links to the HTML, XML and ZIP texts. Take the parts from the `legislationIdentifier` of a search-legislation result. The article text itself is behind the links, not in this reply. Federal Government data, passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official product of the Federal Government.
