Vehicle Models for a Make and Model Year (NHTSA vPIC)

Lists the vehicle models the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's vPIC database holds for a make in one model year, each with Make_ID, Make_Name, Model_ID and Model_Name. The make is matched as part of a name, not exactly: ford also returns STANFORD CUSTOMS, AFFORDABLE TRAILERS and other makes containing ford, so keep only rows whose Make_Name is the make you mean. The same model can appear on several rows with one Model_ID, so de-duplicate on Model_ID. An unknown make or a year with no filings returns Count 0 and an empty Results, not an error. Data from NHTSA vPIC (a US government source); not an official NHTSA product.
