German Civil Protection Warnings Currently Active by Channel (NINA, BBK)

The warnings currently listed for one channel of the German NINA warning service of the Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance (BBK): MoWaS (federal and state civil protection), Katwarn (local authorities), Biwapp, DWD (weather service), LHP (flood) or police. Each row has the warning id, version, start time, severity, urgency, type (Alert, Update or Cancel; a Cancel withdraws a warning and carries an expiry time) and the title in up to eight languages. A channel with nothing active returns an empty list. The list has no area or instruction text; pass a warning id to the warning detail tool for that. Data of the BBK NINA service, retrieved live at call time, never cached, and served by Eden Engine; not an official BBK product and not a replacement for the official warning apps and sirens.
