Northern Ireland Statistics Datasets Updated Since a Date (NISRA)

The Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) data tables updated on or after a given date, newest releases first as the portal lists them: for each its matrix code, title, update time, dimensions, first and last period and a link. Pass the matrix code to nisrapxstat/get-dataset for the numbers. The date is required because the full list is about 4 MB; an early date returns at most 200 tables with totalItems and truncated telling whether more matched. A recent date returns few or none.
