Norges Bank Exchange Rate History: Daily NOK Rates Over a Period

Daily official Norges Bank spot rates between a currency and the Norwegian krone (NOK) over a period you choose, one dated rate per banking day (no weekends or holidays). Gives `startDate` and `endDate` inclusive, as YYYY-MM-DD. A period with no banking day, or a code Norges Bank does not publish, is refused as a validation error. A series is cut to its newest 2500 days, flagged by `truncated`. Norges Bank data, resolved from its SDMX message and served by Eden Engine; not an official Norges Bank product.
