Rows from the NYC Department of City Planning's PLUTO dataset (Primary Land Use Tax Lot Output): one row per tax lot with borough, block and lot, address, zoning districts, land use, building class, owner name, lot and building area, floors, units, year built, assessed values, floor area ratios, coordinates and the BBL. Returns up to 50 rows per call; filter with a SoQL where clause, for example on borough, block and lot or on address. Every value comes back as a string except a few flags. City of New York data as served by Eden Engine, not an official City product.
