Takes no input and returns one row for each of the 50 US states and the District of Columbia: the state's full name and its average Regular, Mid-Grade, Premium and Diesel price per gallon in US dollars. Rows come in two-letter state-code order (Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona and so on), not sorted by price. The response carries no as-of date.
