Amazon US Offers by ASIN (Sellers, Prices and Condition, English)

Given an Amazon product's ASIN, returns the offers listed for it on Amazon US, in English: the product title and, per offer in page order, the seller and ships-from names, condition, current price (with currency and display text), the regular price and percentage discount when shown, the star rating and rating count shown with the offer, and the delivery message. The capture's first row, the featured offer, carried only a rating.
