App Store Search Ranking Totals per App (US English)

Given one or more App Store app ids, returns for each app how many search keywords it ranks for in the United States App Store in English, split into how many it ranks first, second to third, fourth to tenth and eleventh to hundredth for, with the combined search volume estimate of those keywords. Individual keywords are not returned.
