Given a US city and state, returns the first page (up to 25) of commercial real estate listings in and around that city: each listing's ID and street address, its city and state where the listing carries them, and its title where the listing has one (most do not). The listing ID can be passed to a listing-detail lookup. Only the first page is offered.
