Given a domain, returns the first row of the domain's current paid-search keyword report in the US search database: the keyword, the ad's position, previous position and position change, the keyword's monthly search volume, cost per click, competition level, result count and twelve monthly interest values, and the shares of the domain's estimated paid traffic and traffic cost from the keyword. At most one row per call.
