Google Organic and Paid Ranking Overview of a Domain (US, English)

Given a domain, returns its Google search ranking overview for the United States in English, separately for organic and paid results: how many keywords it ranks for, how many rank at position 1, 2 to 3, 4 to 10 and each further band of ten up to 100, the estimated monthly traffic and what that traffic would cost as ads, and how many of its rankings are new, moved up, moved down or were lost since the previous update.
