Google Ranking Figures of a Domain per Product Category (US, English)

Given a domain, returns its Google ranking figures for the United States in English per product and service category: for each category row its category code and, for organic and for paid results, how many keywords it ranks for, how many rank at position 1, 2 to 3, 4 to 10 and each band of ten up to 100, estimated monthly traffic and its cost as ads, and how many rankings are new, up, down or lost since the last update; plus the total number of category rows.
