Top 30 or 100 Referring Domains of a Website

Given a domain, returns how many domains link to it and the top 30 or 100 of them by rank, highest first. Each referring domain carries its rank, its backlinks and linking pages to the target (and how many of those pages are nofollow), its spam score, its counts of IP addresses and subnets, when it was first seen, and its links to the target broken down by top-level domain, by link type (such as anchor or image), by site platform type and by rel attribute.
