Registers a new Douyin app device and returns the identity it was minted with: its install and device IDs, the cookies the registration set (both as named values and as one cookie-header string), the Android handset it was registered as (brand, manufacturer, model, platform, OS version and API level, screen resolution and density, CPU ABI, ROM build and distribution channel), the app version numbers it registered, the matching user agent string, the generated hardware identifiers, and the device and server clock readings taken at registration. Takes no input, and is tied to no Douyin account: every value is minted by this call for the new device.
