Douyin Playlet Actor Rank Periods (fixed catalog)

omnial/douyin-xingtu-get-playlet-actor-rank-catalog

Returns the fixed catalog of available rank periods for Douyin playlet (short drama) actor rankings, as Douyin's own period/dimension keys -- the set of trailing month windows a caller can use as the period input when pulling a specific actor rank. Takes no parameters; one call returns the periods the upstream currently publishes, and the newest can lag well behind today.
