Given an Ethereum mainnet wallet address, returns its 20 most recent top-level transfers of native ETH, newest first: each transfer's transaction hash, sender and recipient addresses, value in ETH, time, block number and direction relative to the wallet, plus how many of the 20 the wallet sent and how many it received. Token transfers are not included.
