Google Play Search Terms an App Ranks For (US, English; 1 or 100 Terms)

Given a Google Play app id, returns how many Google Play search terms the app ranks for in the United States in English, and the first 1 or 100 of those terms in index order. Each term has its estimated monthly search volume and when that was updated, and the app's position in the search results for it (among organic results and overall), with the app's id, title, store address, developer name, rating and rating scale, and its listed price and currency.
