Google Play Books Search by Keyword (US Store, English, First Page)

Given a search term, returns the first page of Google Play Books search results for it in the US store in English, as named result groups (series, ebooks and audiobooks in the capture). For each book: title, store id, author, store category, average rating (absent on some), price as text and as a number with currency, the list price when discounted, and a short label such as its place in a series; series entries carry their size and format.
