Instagram Account Post Grid with Total Post Count (First Page, by User ID)

Given an Instagram account's numeric user ID, returns its total post count and the first page of its posts (12 in testing), newest first. Each post has its ID and shortcode, a media type (video, image or carousel), a product type for videos, its post time, video and audio flags, width and height, caption, comment count, the posting account's ID and handle, the tagged accounts' IDs, handles, display names and verified flags, and the co-author accounts' IDs, handles and verified flags.
