Instagram Hashtag Recent and Top Posts (by Hashtag, First Page)

Given an Instagram hashtag (without the #), returns the hashtag's ID, name and total post count, the first page of its most recent posts (newest first) and its top posts. For each post: its ID, shortcode, post type (photo, video or album), post time, comment count, caption text with links removed and the posting account's numeric ID.
