Lemon8 Post ID from a Post Link

Given a Lemon8 post's web link (lemon8-app.com/@ followed by the author's handle and the post's number), returns the post's item ID as a string of digits, the ID other Lemon8 post lookups take. In both tests the ID equalled the number in the link. Short share links are not accepted: one returned no ID in testing.
