LinkedIn Post Comments (First Page, by Post Activity ID)

Given a LinkedIn post's numeric activity ID, returns the first page of comments on it: each comment's text (links removed), the time it was posted as epoch milliseconds and as a UTC date-time, and the commenter's display name and member ID. One page only, with no replies and no commenter profile details. The tested call returned 10 comments.
