City Weather Now and 7-Day Outlook (by City Name)

Given a city name, returns the matched place's name, coordinates and time zone, its current conditions (temperature, feels-like temperature, humidity, precipitation, wind speed and direction, and a condition label) and a 7-day daily forecast with the date, high and low temperature, precipitation and a condition label for each day. Temperatures are in Celsius, precipitation in millimetres and wind in km/h.
