Returns Pipixia's two daily hot boards in one call, with no input: the top-comments board (each entry's likes today, the ranked comment's ID, text, time, likes, reply count and commenter name) and the most-played videos board (each entry's plays today). Every entry carries its post's ID, text, publish time and length, and the author's name and creator label where it has one. 20 and 19 entries in testing.
