Returns Pipixia's top-comments board (board type 12, the only type offered): today's most-liked comments in board order, each with its likes today, ID, text (empty for image or video comments), publish time, total likes, reply count and the commenter's name and creator label where it has one, plus the post it was left on: its ID, text, publish time, video length and author's name and creator label. The board returned 20 entries in testing.
