Daily DEX Trading Volume History for One Protocol, Split by Version (DEX Volume)

For one DEX protocol, returns the full daily history of its trading volume split by the versions or sub-products the source tracks for it: one row per day, oldest first, with the date as a Unix timestamp in seconds at 00:00 UTC and an object from each version name to that day's volume in US dollars. The metric is fixed to DEX volume.
