For one DeFi protocol, returns the full daily history of its fees split by the fee labels the source assigns (kinds of fee such as interest or liquidation fees): one row per day, oldest first, with the date as a Unix timestamp in seconds at 00:00 UTC and an object from each label to that day's fees in US dollars. The metric is fixed to fees.
