From customs import records for one product (an HS code) arriving in one importing country in a date window, grouped by calendar quarter, returns how many quarter rows the window holds, plus the first quarter row returned: its quarter label (year and quarter), the total USD value, weight and quantity, the average USD value per unit of weight and of quantity, and the number of trade records. The row returned is not necessarily the earliest quarter.
