Organic Search Keywords of a Site Subfolder (US Database)

Given a website subfolder (a domain plus a path), returns rows of its organic-search keyword report in the US database: each keyword, the subfolder's position, previous position and change, monthly search volume, cost per click, competition, number of results, twelve monthly interest values, the ranking page's URL, and the keyword's shares of the subfolder's estimated organic traffic and traffic cost. Up to `display_limit` rows (100 by default).
