Past-Month Search Visibility of a Site Subfolder, per Regional Database

Given a website subfolder (a domain plus a path) and a past month, returns one row per regional search database: the database code, organic keyword count, estimated organic traffic and its estimated ad-equivalent cost, the same three figures for paid search ads, and shopping-ad keyword and unique-ad counts. Rows come in the report's own order, with no region or order promised; up to `display_limit` rows (23 by default).
