Given an X (Twitter) handle, returns one page of the account's replies tab: its recent replies with the posts they answer (which can be by other accounts), each with ID, time, text with links removed, language, replied-to post ID, conversation ID, and view, like, repost, reply, quote and bookmark counts, the author's ID, handle, name and blue badge, and any quoted post; plus the account's ID, handle, name, join date, blue badge and protected flag.
