UK Company Beneficial Owners (Persons with Significant Control)

Given a UK company's registered name and Companies House number, returns the persons with significant control recorded for it on the Companies House PSC register: each owner's name and owner type, its ownership band, the ways it holds control (such as shares, voting rights or the right to appoint directors) and the date it was notified, plus the company's status and the number of owners. Owners' birth dates, nationality and country of residence are not returned.
