UK Company PSC Owners by Company Number (v2 Route)

Given a UK company's registered number and name, returns its persons with significant control from the Companies House PSC register: the company's registered name, number and status, and for each owner its name, its owner type (corporate in testing), its ownership band, the kinds of control it holds (share, voting and director-appointment rights) and the date it was notified, plus the owner count. This is the register lookup's v2 route.
