Given a United States Code section id, returns the section and up to 5 or 25 provisions that cite it, such as federal regulations, state code sections and agency guidance, and whether the list was cut off. Each citing provision has its id, citation, heading, collection, jurisdiction, place in its code, in-force and good-law status, opening text, history, amendments, word count and cross references; a regulation adds its statutory authority and Federal Register citations.
