Given a United States Code section id, returns that section and the three sections immediately before and after it, in statutory order. For each: id, citation, heading, title, chapter and subchapter numbers and names, place in the Code, in-force and good-law status, the opening of its text, source credit and public laws, amendment count and years, current-through date, word count and cross-referenced Code sections.
