Given a URL, renders the whole page in a browser 1280 pixels wide and returns a full-page screenshot as a base64-encoded PNG inline in the response, with its content type, file size in bytes, the viewport width and height used, and whether it is a full-page capture. Images further down a long page can come out blank.
