WeChat Article Featured Comments (Text, Commenter Name, Likes)

Given a WeChat Official Account article link, returns the article's featured (author-selected) reader comments: for each, the comment ID, the commenter's display name, the comment text, its like count and its posting time as a Unix timestamp, plus the number of featured comments. One batch per call, with no paging; replies to comments are not returned.
