Returns the first page of Weibo's comprehensive (All tab) search through the app route for a keyword: the matching accounts card (each account's ID, screen name and verification flag), the related searches Weibo suggests, and the posts on the page, each with its IDs, time, the opening of its text with links removed, a long-text flag, repost, comment and like counts, and the author's screen name, verification flag and verification label. Results can include a promoted post, which is not marked.
