Returns the first page of a Weibo account's posts, reposts and pinned posts included, given the account's numeric user ID, through the web route's basic feed: for each post its IDs, publish time, text with links removed, long-text and pinned flags, repost, comment and like counts, picture count and the author's user ID, screen name and verification flag; for a repost, the reposted post and its author; and any notice under the list, such as a followers-only history.
