Returns Zhihu's hot list as a ranked board of trending questions (30 in testing): for each question, its card ID (Q_ followed by the question ID), title, a plain-text excerpt with links removed, creation time, answer and follower counts, bound topic IDs, the heat label shown on the board (in Chinese, counted in units of ten thousand) and a hot or new badge where the board shows one. The feed format is the only input, fixed to the non-desktop feed.
