Returns the 20 newest pins (short posts) a Zhihu user has published, given the user's profile URL token: for each pin, its ID, creation and last-update times, like, comment, repost and favorite counts, its content blocks (each block's type, and the post text as plain text with links and markup removed), the topics it is tagged with, and the posting account's ID, URL token and display name.
