Returns the full record of one Ontario Data Catalogue dataset by its id: title, description, licence, publishing ministry, update frequency, tags and every file or link with its format and download address. Only datasets released under the Open Government Licence – Ontario are served; any other id answers `count` 0 with an empty `results` list. Data from the Ontario Data Catalogue, served by Eden Engine; not an official Government of Ontario product.
