Looks up the event signature for a 32-byte topic0 hash (0x plus 64 hex digits, the keccak-256 of the event signature) in the OpenChain signature database, with spam entries filtered out. This is the OpenChain/Sourcify database, a different source from 4byte.directory; the two can disagree.
