Citation Count of a DOI: How Often a Paper Is Cited (OpenCitations Index)

The number of citations pointing at one DOI in the OpenCitations Index, as a single small answer. A DOI the index does not hold returns a count of 0. Works for DOIs with too many citations to list. OpenCitations data (CC0), passed through unmodified and served by Eden Engine; not an official OpenCitations product.
