Searches the Northern Ireland open data portal (OpenDataNI) for datasets by keyword: title, description, publishing organisation, licence, topic groups, tags, update time and the list of downloadable files with their formats and links. Optional filter by organisation or topic and a sort order. Required page size of 1 to 20; the total match count is returned.
