Returns one scholarly paper from the Open Research Knowledge Graph (ORKG) by its ORKG id (for example R422191): title, authors with identifiers such as ORCID where recorded, research fields, external identifiers such as DOI, publication month, year, venue and URL, and the list of its contributions. An unknown id fails with a not found error. Content is published by ORKG under CC0, passed through and served by Eden Engine; not an official ORKG product.
