OpenStreetMap Changeset Lookup

Returns one OpenStreetMap changeset (a batch of map edits) by numeric id: when it was created and closed, whether it is still open, the account that made it, the number of changes (created, modified, deleted), the number of discussion comments, the bounding box it touched and its tags such as the comment and editor used. A changeset id that does not exist is reported as an upstream error and is not retried. The discussion itself is not included. About 0.5 to 1 KB. Contains data from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Served by Eden Engine; not an official OpenStreetMap product.
