OSTI.gov Scientific and Technical Records Search: Bibliographic Metadata (US DOE)

Searches OSTI.gov, the US Department of Energy's Office of Scientific and Technical Information, and returns one page of bibliographic records: OSTI id, title, authors, publication date, DOI, journal or conference, report and DOE contract numbers, research and sponsoring organisations, subjects and links to OSTI's catalogue pages. Metadata only: abstracts and links to the full text are not returned, because the works OSTI hosts may carry their own copyright. The query takes plain words or OSTI's fielded syntax such as title:solar; a query with no match returns an empty list. Give the number of rows, 1 to 25, and a page number for later pages. Data of OSTI.gov (US Department of Energy), served by Eden Engine; not an official DOE or OSTI product.
