Our World in Data Chart Configuration (Grapher Settings by Slug)

Returns the Grapher configuration of one Our World in Data chart by its slug, for example life-expectancy: chart id, title, subtitle where set, the indicator (variableId) behind each dimension with its unit, the default selected entities and their colours, and display options. Configuration only, no data points; use owid/chart-values for values. Our World in Data content is CC BY 4.0. A renamed slug answers a redirect that is refused, and an unknown slug answers NOT_FOUND. Our World in Data data as served by Omnial, not an official OWID product.
